Madeline Isaacson, a human services student from Jackson, Minn., stacks bags filled with food into boxes as 40 volunteers of students and staff took part in Mitchell Technical Institute’s annual service project of donating snack packs for the Weekend Snack Pack program over spring break for Mitchell Public School students. MTI worked with the snack pack program to provide larger packs than usual because of the school break. Items include Macaroni and Cheese, can of spaghetti, can of fruit, fruit snacks, fruit juice, granola bars, bags of cereals and treats provided by the MTI students.
